Our Artisan Hand Blown Glass Candle, Heirloom Artisan Candle had its beginning because I had a showroom owner out of the LA Mart tell me that he felt that our candles were not unique. I was devastated. I cried and my husband wanted punch him. To say the least I was pretty sad quiet for a few days.
I went from being sad to angry. That’s when I started to think, “I will show him!” Sometimes we have to get angry. Especially when some one who doesn’t even know how hard you have worked on building a family owned brand “Laguna Candles” , give you their opinion, (and believe me that is all it was, his opinion) and it stings. I doubt if this guy has even given it a second thought that he almost killed my dreams. I am glad that I didn’t allow him to do that.
Sometimes we have to get angry enough to “Show Him or Her”! The beauty about that anger is that it can cause you to quit or push through it with passion and come up with one of the most Unique Heirloom Artisan Luxury Candles that you ever imagined.
